Founder
Yashvanthraa Mohanraj is on the mission to mainstream alternate dairy snacks starting with animal-free yogurts that are nutrient-rich and kick any protein concerns out of the park. She is a graduate from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington. She immensely believes in the power of Smart Protein to build a kinder world, starting in India first.
Dr. Babu Chinnasamy
Head of Research & Innovation
Dr. Babu Chinnasamy, comes with a decade-long career in the food tech industry and experience at Chobani, USA, and Epigamia, India. Dr. Babu brings exceptional expertise in innovation and process optimization. He leads in-house R&D, aligning with Progo's objectives, overseeing product development, scale-up, and compliance. Dr. Babu also builds and nurtures a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the R&D team.
Dhivakar Sathyamurthy
Head of Operations & Sales
Dhivakar Sathyamurthy, an MBA in supply chain management, previously served as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing Sales and Operations at One Good, a company dedicated to making affordable, functional, accessible and tasty plant-based dairy. His goal to eliminate animals from the supply chain has been a driving force throughout his career, leading him to transition to a vegan lifestyle a decade ago.
Following the acquisition of One Good by Nourish You, a leading superfoods company, Dhivakar assumed the role of Operations and HORECA Sales Manager. During his time, he has had the privilege of leveraging his expertise to contribute to Nourish You's mission to make superfoods accessible to all. He is now charged up and joined Progo's leadership team to solve the protein game for the consumers without harming the animals.
Jayabharathi N.
R&D Scientist
Jayabharathi is a Food Technology graduate from Tamilnadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chennai. With a keen interest in Smart Protein industry, she aspires to build a sustainable and ethical food ecosystem. Her academic foundation and passion for innovating in alternative food sources drive her dedication to shaping a more conscientious future in the industry.
Dr. Parthasarathy Chandrakesan
Technical Mentor
Dr. Partha has 20+ years of experience in stem cell biology, immunology, oncology, and therapy, His expertise and passion for driving innovation in these fields are impressive. It is also noteworthy that in the past 5 years, he has actively contributed to the development of sustainable and nutritious food solutions within the alternate food industry. Dr. Partha's background in scientific research and a focus on making a positive impact on human health and the environment positions him well to contribute to shaping a more sustainable and ethical food future.
Siddharth Kothari

Vegan since 2010, Siddharth has a special interest in plant-based ventures. He is an LP at Good Startup - a cross-border VC firm focused on driving innovation and growth to remove animals from the food and materials ecosystem.
